Program: New Life Addiction Recovery Resource Center

Direct Services Offered

non-clinical peer led, person-centered addiction recovery support, education, training, and advocacy grounded in “lived experience” that empowers and equips, while providing a safe and hope filled environment to those both in and seeking long-term recovery from the disease of addiction.

Population Served

Adults with addictive disease issues or co-occurring addictive diseases, Adults who have AXIS I Diagnosis of Substance Abuse or Substance Dependence.

  • Increased Retention and Success in
  • Recovery Measure: Percentage of participants maintaining sobriety for 6 months, 1 year, and beyond
  • Target: Achieve a 75% retention rate for participants at 1-year milestone
  • Enhanced Community
  • Engagement Measure: Number of community events held annually and attendance rates
  • Target: Host 3 major awareness events per year with at least 500 participants in total
  • Stronger Peer Networks and Support Systems Measure: Number of participants in peer recovery groups
  • Target: Increase participation by 15% each year of program implementation
  • Measure: Peer created curriculum designed to help those in early recovery with tools to ease the transition for SUD to a recovery lifestyle.
  • Target: Have this Curriculum active and classes consistent by April 2025.

  • Raise awareness about addiction recovery by hosting events and outreach programs aimed at reducing stigma and educating the community about the realities of addiction and the benefits of recovery.
  • Promote Peer Support and Mentorship
  • Strengthen peer-to-peer mentoring within the recovery community by offering coaching sessions, group facilitation, and leadership opportunities that encourage personal development and shared experiences.
  • Expand Access to Recovery Resources
  • Collaborate with local organizations to increase access to recovery services, including housing, employment, and healthcare resources, ensuring comprehensive support for individuals throughout their recovery journey.

  • Implement efficient program management strategies that streamline daily operations, staff coordination, and resource allocation, ensuring the program’s sustainability and growth.
