Services Offered

The Georgia APEX, School Based Mental Health Program was designed to provide mental health services to youth and adolescents within the school system to receive core mental health services within a school based setting.

Population Served

Youth in school grades K-12.

Program Goals/Outcomes

APEX goals are to: 1) Provide early detection of children and adolescent mental health needs; 2) Increase access to mental health services for children and youth; and 3) Increase coordination between community mental health providers and their local schools and school districts.
