Services Offered
The CST program is the most intensive level of case management services offered by Middle Flint Behavioral Health Care. The program is designed to provide individuals in the counties served Georgia APEX, School Based Mental Health Program was designed to provide mental health services to youth and adolescents within the school system to receive core mental health services within a school based setting.
Population Served
Individuals that meet criteria such as multiple psychiatric inpatients admissions or recent release from Georgia Regional State Hospitals and released from jail or prison.
