Program Goals/Outcomes
To improve the individual’s integration into their community by re-establishing community roles and full integration into community life. Peer Support is designed to provide persons served the opportunity to receive and provide support amongst and by people with lived experience and peers who have relatable issues. direct their own Recovery, learn, develop, and/or maintain skills needed to live independently in the community, obtain/maintain employment, develop natural supports, and other skills that will aid in the progression of the Recovery process and completion of individuals’ Overall Rehabilitation Goal (ORG).
