IDD Director
Kerri Roberts brings an extensive knowledge of organizational leadership and regulatory compliance to the Middle Flint Behavioral HealthCare team. She also brings many years of experience in Human Resources and Financial Management.
Currently, she is responsible for the leadership of the Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) program at Middle Flint BHC. Her main focus is on further development of the program with future goals of increasing Middle Flint BHC’s ability to provide more services within the surrounding communities.
Prior to working at Middle Flint BHC, Kerri was the Executive Director at The Phoenix at Lake Joy, Assisted Living and Memory Care, for three years, where she was successful in establishing and filling the community within the first 12 months.
Before her role as an Executive Director, Kerri spent seven years working with the Georgia Center for Youth as the Associate Director managing the areas of Regulatory Compliance, Human Resources and Business Management.
Kerri’s education consists of a master’s degree from Georgia College & State University in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree from Mercer University in Human Services.
When she’s not working, you can find Kerri spending time with her husband, Michael, her 3 sons, Griffin, Grayden, and Dylan and her 2 golden doodles, Echo and Emmy. Kerri enjoys traveling and working on home improvement projects.
